Jordan has worked in Japan in the fields of architecture and project / construction management for over 17 years. His knowledge of design and architectural processes in Japan, combined with his know-how in project and development management have enabled him to successfully complete countless corporate restack and relocation projects throughout Tokyo and Osaka as well as directly managing over 25,000 SQM of real estate build-outs for institutional and HNW family offices and overseas development teams in greater Japan.

He brings with him a wide network of consultants, vendors, and suppliers throughout all of Japan. With extensive knowledge of the construction industry and processes specific to Japan he excels in managing client’s goals and requirements, adopting control measures and project foresight. Priding himself on servicing clients and building long standing relationships he helps global teams navigate the processes and nuances of working in Japan.

Jordan is a Permanent Resident of Japan and currently resides in Tokyo with his wife and two children.

With over fifteen years in property development, Jonathan has an extensive knowledge and skill base in Development Management. These skills were honed managing the money of high net worth individuals in property development across industrial, commercial and residential development. As a founding shareholder of the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) licensed Quantum Syndicate Management Ltd, Jonathan experienced the entire development mandate, from site identification, project financing, due diligence, project management, and construction through to the finality of sales. Having developed circa USD$300m in residential property and projects, he is well-versed in the processes and key competencies that ensure project success. After Quantum, Jonathan’s vision was to focus on sustainable property investment in alpine environments throughout the world. His dedication and passion saw this dream come true.

Jonathan is currently based in Whistler, Canada with his family.

Having lived in Japan for over 17 years with 13 of those being in the Interior Design and Project Management industry Ben has held various international marketing roles, leading the development of strategies for the Japan market for many multi-national corporations developing their businesses in Japan. His passion lies in promoting effective communication between global and Japan market stakeholder teams, backed by experience and understanding of local business culture and Japanese language capability. He effectively balances local team needs with global project goals and objectives, having done so while building and leading multiple project development service teams in Japan for leading global real estate firms.

Ben holds a Permanent Resident status in Tokyo, where he lives with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys outdoor sports and is an avid golfer.
