Total coordination of scheduling within the overall project to ensure all lease events are met to avoid costly penalties. Evaluating and negotiating the costs with the nominated landlord contractor(s) and preparation of a completed order between client and contractor. Confirmation of proper return of space to fulfill lease requirements and deposit payment return timing.
