PROJECT BRIEF:
LinkedIn’s first official office in Japan, combined with live studio space. AXES Partners engaged through site selection and due diligence all the way through till project completion / handover.
CHALLENGES:
Office fit out requirements, with Studio Space, Full Industrial Kitchen etc. requirements. A multi phased project that required specialist to join through different phases of the project Procurement / onboarding for vendors and suppliers locally in Japan.
SOLUTIONS:
Axes provided additional support through sourcing and selecting specialists for the studio design, kitchen, acoustic consultants as well as expending our scope to support with the procurement processes
