PROJECT BRIEF:
Expansion of current Tokyo Headquarters and incorporation of Global design guidelines implemented locally.
CHALLENGES:
Joined the Project Team following extensive design development, budget realization and mechanical electrical and plumbing requirements had not been properly studied or considered.
SOLUTIONS:
Successfully got project back into budget and schedule parameters and ensured the MEP performance specifications and global design guidelines were maintained.
